If you want the stereotype tourist holiday, then this is the spot for you. Albufeira is the biggest, and most popular resort in Algarve and is located just 40km from Faro airport.
The town is built in two sections. The “old town center” has cobblestone streets surrounded by whitewashed houses. The other half of the “city” is the tourist center of the Algarve.
You can go to a different beach every day on your Albufeira holiday as there are over 21 beaches in the Albufeira area to choose from. With the fine sand and beautiful turquoise sea. All of the beaches are safe; most of them have tourist or sports facilities on them.
Many people rent holiday villas in Albufeira rather than hotels for the additional space and added value for money that they offer.

This resort has much to offer the visitor. In addition to a beautiful calm bay, the beach by this resort is dotted with magnificent wind-carves statues.

Known for it’s rousing nightlife, Praia do Rocha is located not more than an hour from the Faro Airport. In addition to fantastic accommodation, this resort offers a fabulous beach surrounded by strange rock formations.
